Bryan R. Bishop has been an attorney since 1988 and is admitted to the bar in Virginia, Maryland, and DC. Bryan has limited his law practice to estate planning, estate administration, and probate since 1994 and has written hundreds of estate plans. Probate or trust administration is the end process of any estate plan and he has successfully directed that process for both large and small estates. David Carlson was admitted to the Virginia bar October 2007. He has worked in estate planning and administration for the last four years, clerking with Living Trust Attorney Ltd. while a law student at Georgetown University, then working here as an attorney after being admitted to the bar. David is expanding Living Trust Attorney Ltd.'s litigation practice both in estate / trust administration and in general civil litigation.
Teresa Channon has been an estate-planning paralegal since 1995 and worked for LTAL since 1998. She has the knowledge and skill to assist in creating your individual estate plan. Take the Route 50 exit West (towards Fairfax). At the fourth light turn right onto Prosperity Avenue. At the next light turn left onto Lee Highway (the Merrifield Post Office will be to your right). The next light is Cedar Lane. We are on the corner of Cedar Lane and Lee Highway. You will turn right into our parking lot just before the light. It is the brown brick townhouse office building on the corner. Our sign is in the front, we are in the back (where there is parking).From Fairfax City:
Lee Highway intersects Route 50 at Fairfax Circle. Go East on Lee Highway (Route 29). Go past Nutley and past the Pan Am shopping center (on your right). Go approximately 1 mile to the light at Cedar Lane. Go through the light and take your first possible left into our parking lot. We are on the corner of Cedar Lane and Lee Highway (it is the brown brick townhouse office building across from the 7 Eleven and cater-corner to the Exxon station). Our sign is in the front, we are in the back (where there is parking).From 66/Nutley
From 66 go south on Nutley (away from Vienna). Go to Lee Highway (Route 29) and turn left (the Pan Am shopping center will be on your right after you turn). Go approximately 1 mile to the light at Cedar Lane. Go through the light and take your first possible left into our parking lot. We are on the corner of Cedar Lane and Lee Highway (it is the brown brick townhouse office building across from the 7 Eleven and cater-corner to the Exxon station). Take the Parkway to Route 29 and follow it through the city to Fairfax Circle and then follow the directions immediately above.

Take the Parkway to Route 50 and follow it through the city to Fairfax Circle and then follow the directions immediately above
OR
Take the Parkway to Route 66. Take Route 66 East to Nutley Street. Take Nutley South (towards Lee Highway - Route 29). Nutley will intersect Lee Highway very quickly (at a light and the Pan Am shopping center is on one corner). Turn left onto Lee Highway. Go approximately 1 mile to the light at Cedar Lane. Go through the light and take your first possible left into our parking lot. We are on the corner of Cedar Lane and Lee Highway (it is the brown brick townhouse office building across from the 7 Eleven and cater-corner to the Exxon station). Our sign is in the front, we are in the back (where there is parking).
