Free Weekly Seminars

Mondays at 1P.M. and Fridays at 10A.M. at our Merrifield offices. You are free to leave at the end of the seminar or to stay and meet privately with one of the attorneys regarding planning your estate.

There are four basic problem areas in estate planning: state law; federal law; medical issues; and your personal issues (such as separation/divorce/remarriage, disabled or young beneficiaries, business ownership, etc.). Our seminar covers all four areas and consistently receives reviews like "I've been to three other estate-planning seminars — but now I finally understand the concepts."

Refund of Initial Consultation Fee

No matter how many hours the initial estate planning consultation lasts, the fee is: a flat $95 for appointments scheduled to coincide with our weekly seminar; or $345 for appointments scheduled separate from the seminar. This avoids the "ticking clock syndrome" and the shallow initial consultations that result.

100% of LTAL's initial consultation fee is refunded if we contract for estate planning work within 15 days of your appointment.

We invite your inquiry by phone, fax, or email. We can send you and informational packet and questionnaire, which will prompt you to consider the issues on which your estate planner will need answers.
